The raw hem gives it such a casually cool look, and the cotton-elastane blend means it actually stays put on my shoulders. At 21 inches, the length is perfect for pairing with high-waisted jeans without showing too much skin.
The 21-inch length is just right for high-waisted jeans, but the off-the-shoulder fit feels a bit loose and needs constant adjusting. The cotton-blend material is soft, though the raw hem started fraying a little after the first wear.
